TOMASZEWSKI, Donna Lee
February 1955 - August 2011
Donna Lee Tomaszewski passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 9th, 2011 at the University of Alberta Hospital while surrounded by her family after a courageous 19 month battle with lung cancer.
Donna was born on February 13, 1955 to Wasyl and Mary Pankewicz. She has five siblings: Cheryl (Richard), Eugene (Brenda), Dean, Shelly (Nik), and Daryl.
Donna married Adam Tomazsewski, and they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Lisa (Shawn) and one grandchild, Cash. She had many nieces and nephews who adored her and will be greatly missed by all whose life she touched.
A celebration of Donnas life will be held on Tuesday, August 16th at 11:00 a.m. at the Ridgewood Community League located at 3705 - Mill Woods Road East, Edmonton Alberta. Please bring a 4x6 photo of your favorite memory to send with Donna on her journey.
If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be sent to Wellsprings Calgary (to assist fundraising for the cancer support division to open in 2012 in Edmonton), S.T.A.R.S., or the Edmonton Humane Society.
