SIKORA, Rose With sadness we announce the passing of Rose Sikora of Edmonton, daughter of the late John and Eva Sikora, on November 30, 2005 in her 92nd year. Rose is survived by her loving family, sister-in-law Jessie Sikora of Leduc and many nieces, nephews and friends. Rose was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Steve, John, Pete, Nicolas, Bill and Mike; and sisters, Mary Pinkoski, Annie Derkoch and Katie Wakaruk. Prayer Service will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Basil's Ukrainian Catholic Parish, 7007 - 109 Street, Edmonton. Divine Liturgy will be on Monday, December 5, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Basil's Ukrainian Catholic Parish, with the Basilian Fathers, OSBM, Celebrants. Interment to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Leduc. Donations in memory of Rose may be directed to the Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery Fund. SIKORA, Jessie
On December 1, 2017, Jessie passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 97 years.
She will be sadly missed by her five daughters Evangeline (George), Elaine (Ron), Elizabeth (Dale), Sylvia (Wally), and Jacquie; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters Mary, Kathy (Bill), and Verna; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Predeceased by her husband John in 2002.
Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Basil's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 7007 – 109 Street, Edmonton on Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Following the reception, Interment will take place at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Leduc.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, Leduc.

SIKORA, John On August 6, 2002 Mr. John Sikora of Leduc passed away at the age of 95 years. John is survived by his loving family, wife Jessie; daughters, Evangeline (George), Elaine (Ron), Elizabeth (Dale), Sylvia (Wally) and Jacquie; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; his sister, Rose Sikora; and also by numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. Prayer Services will be held on Friday, August 9, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton. Divine Liturgy will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church, (5 miles West of Highway #2 on Highway #19 to Range Road 260 then 1 1/2 miles South) Leduc. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Donations in memory of John may be made to Leduc Extendicare, 4309-50 Street, Leduc T9E 6K6 or to the charity of donor's choice.
